My whole life, I’ve struggled to feel like I was enough, but my journey through motherhood has proven that perfection is unattainable, and quite frankly… boring. There’s beauty in our struggles and power in our uniqueness. Rather than measuring worth by unattainable standards, I look to more significant traits that matter in a person like how compassionate they are or how they give light to those around them—which is a lot easier to do when you feel good. It’s my job to help you get there.
