But as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, it's not my job to tell you exactly what to eat every single day, Yes, it’s crucial that we find out what foods will fuel your body best. Unlike most nutrition professionals, however, I approach this like a detective. I uncover your individual nutritional needs by pinpointing imbalances and deficiencies. I discover the unique challenges and struggles you have with food. I meet you where you are—helping you make adjustments to your current diet instead of a complete overhaul. This isn’t just about what you eat and how much. It’s also about why you eat (or don’t eat) a food, and how you eat it.
As you can see, what I do goes far beyond simply telling you what to eat and what not to eat. We’ll focus on conscious experimentation, so you can walk away with the knowledge you need to tailor your diet throughout every stage of your life.

I do not diagnose or treat disease, nor do I manage or cover up symptoms. Instead, I uncover underlying imbalances and deficiencies that may be leading to whatever challenge, symptom, or disorder has manifested. I am trained to investigate dysfunction within the body, and provide the guidance and education necessary to re-balance, strengthen, and revitalize it.
